Shipping Policy

Shipping Australia wide

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Costs & Processing Time

We charge a flat rate for all available shipping methods with the added option to upgrade at checkout.

• Free shipping within Australia for orders over $150AUD by Standard Post unless, you choose to upgrade to  Express Post. 
• $10.00 Flat Rate for all orders under $150AUD by Standard Post. 
• $16.00 Flat Rate for all orders under $150AUD by Express Post. 
• Fulfillment may take up to 7 business days. 
• Please expect delays during unforeseen circumstances, some parcels will arrive late during pandemic spikes, extreme weather and overwhelming demands during Seasonal Holiday periods. 
• We do not ship parcels on weekends or public holidays. 
• We do not offer international shipping at this time.
• Please check your shipping address is correct. Returned orders due to incorrect addresses provided will incur a re-shipping charge to re-send the order. Please refer to our returns policy for more information. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If for any reason your product is faulty, incorrect or arrives damaged, please email us at plantlifeaustralia@outlook.com, accompanied with photographs and your order number. 

Notification must be made within three (3) days of receiving your order. No claims will be accepted after three (3) days from receipt of goods.
