Returns & Shipping Policy

Discrepancies or Damages

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value. If for any reason your product is faulty, incorrect or arrives damaged, please email us at plantlifeaustralia@outlook.com, accompanied with photographs and your order number. Notification must be made within three (3) business days of receiving your order. No claims will be accepted after three (3) days from receipt of goods.

Change of Mind Returns & Cancellations

We do not provide refunds for change of mind returns or order cancellations once your order has been processed and/or shipped. If in the unlikely event we catch your request BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by your payment gateway.

Unclaimed or Returned Orders

Unclaimed: If you fail to collect your order from the post office and it is returned to us.

Incorrect Address: If your order is undelivered and returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you.

If your order is returned to us, you will be liable to pay a re-shipping fee. Where free shipping was received, you will be liable to pay a re-shipping fee as calculated by our shipping carrier. You will be issued with a re-shipping fee invoice by email to pay prior to your order being re-shipped. 

If after 14 (fourteen) days we are unable to rectify the returning of your order, your order will be cancelled and a store credit will be applied, less the original cost of shipping and a 15% cancellation fee will be applied to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by your payment gateway. 

We do not provide refunds for unclaimed or returned orders.

Your store credit will be provided to you by email in the form of a code which can be applied at the checkout stage of your next order and is valid for 6 (six) months. If you do not use the credit within 6 (six) months, you forfeit your credit.
